How can I return a purchased product?
From the delivery of your order you have 14 days to return the goods for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty. The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way, inside its original packaging and with all its tags and accessories. You can make the return by following the following procedure:
1. Send a message to the e-mail address: sales@viamasini80.it with the return request, the order number and a brief reason (recommended).
2. Following your message, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, followed by instructions to book the collection of the goods.
Once the condition of the product has been verified, in the event of a positive outcome, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed. of your decision to withdraw from the Agreement. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Can I change the size or color?
No, changing size or color is not possible, but you can return the goods and place another order.
How soon will I receive a refund for the returned goods?
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the quality control department will check the integrity of the items. This verification may take 3-5 business days after delivery. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement. Unless otherwise notified, the re-credit method will follow the method used for payment and in the same currency. You will be able to view the credit within approximately one week of requesting a refund, depending on the time required by the banking procedures. In the event that the quality control office verifies conditions of non-integrity of the goods sold, the right of withdrawal lapses and the purchased product will be returned to the customer by charging him the shipping costs and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.

What are the shipping times and costs?
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order within 3-6 working days of order acceptance. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on national holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped on the first working day following the one in which the payment is made. Always choose an address where someone can pick up. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, please also indicate the name of the contact person. Shipping costs vary according to the type of shipment and destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout: for shipments within Italy, the shipping cost is €10, free for orders over €100. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping cost is €15, free for orders over €150. For shipments to non-EU countries, the shipping cost is €30, free for orders over €300. With regard to deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
