   2.1 To make purchases, you must register on the site. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. 2.2 By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is truthful and up to date.
3. Orders
   3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. L.Pucci srl reserves the right to refuse an order at any time for reasonable reasons. 3.2 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the order has been received. However, this email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
4. Prices and Payment
   4.1 All prices listed on the site are in EURO and include VAT, if applicable. 4.2 Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Scalapay, and bank transfer. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.
5. Shipping and Delivery
    5.1 We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and are specified at checkout. 5.2 For shipments to non-EU countries, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes. These amounts will be requested directly by the courier upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
    6.1 Under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. 6.2 To initiate a return procedure, contact us at sales@viamasini80.it. Returned products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. 6.3 The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of accepting the return.
7. Legal Warranty
    7.1 All products sold on our site are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity for manufacturing defects. 7.2 In case of a defect, contact us immediately at sales@viamasini80.it. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
    8.1 L.Pucci srl is not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events. 8.2 Under no circumstances shall L.Pucci srl be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase of products.
9. Changes to the Terms
    9.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the site and take effect immediately.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the Court of Florence shall have jurisdiction.
